Free shipping method on purchase a product

Hi,

Wondering if it is possible to have the free shipping option appear if a product and only that product is selected?
Do not want to use the Hikashop discount option of Free Shipping as we want the one product to be able to be picked up at a special event; asking the customer if they wish to pick it up or still want it shipped.

Sure. You can create two warehouses. Assign one warehouse to that product and to a free manual shipping method, and assign the other one to the other products and the other shipping methods.
