Flat rates based on wight

For flat rates, is there a way I can set up a table under one shipping option instead of having to create one shipping method for each flat rate (based on weight).

Also this form is telling me I don't have the latest version of hikahsop but I do and the component says I do and there is no update button on the back end...

No, you need to create one shipping method per weight range.

The latest version update is not active yet but you can get it directly on the page My account>My subscriptions on our website.
