Exclude method from product

Hi,
I do exclude a shipping method when another method is necessary, I'll do an example
I have two "delivery free": the first is for every product, the second is only for one product; so when my customer put in the cart the "special product" my shipping method is the second and the first not see; now if I put the special product in the cart every two delivery free happeared and is not correct.

How can I exclude a shipping method for a specific product?

Hi,

Using "shipping price per product" feature you can exclude a product from a shipping method.
That feature require the activation of the corresponding HikaShop plugin ; then you have to activate the setting in your shipping methods (use price per product) to display the method in the product configuration.

Please note that the plugin "shipping price per product" is also compatible with HikaMarket and the front-end edition.

Did you use the "block" checkbox of the "shipping prices" area of your products in order to block the shipping methods ?
Could you provide some screenshots of how you setup all we talked about ?

As expected, you didn't use the "block" checkbox to block the shipping method for that product.
Click on the + of the shipping prices area of your product. Then, you'll see a new row to configure the shipping prices for that shipping method for that product. Click on the block checkbox and save. Then, it will work.
