That message is displayed when the customer does not have the right to add the product in the cart ; which could be link to several different elements.
Please check your product configuration and also your product limits.
You can also provide screenshots for your product configuration.

First there was no attachement in your message.
Nicolas notified it you and you edited your message to put a "doc".
I just removed that file because it is not a secure file format.

If you really want to provide screenshot using a "document", please use a PDF.
Otherwise, the most common and the more useful format for screenshot is the JPEG (JPG).

You can also use online systems like "pasteboard.co" which allow you to easily paste an image from your clipboard and generate you a link to see that image, online.

I'm sorry but your PDF is useless ; it is not possible to see or read anything.
That's mostly why I dislike screenshots on something else than images (jpeg or png).

Also, there is no need to ask for my specific help ; I'm not a member of the HikaShop support team, as it is explained in my signature, I'm just helping when I got some time !
That's why I let that thread to the rest of the support team which should continue the investigation ; but they will need concrete details and clear explanation on your issue.

- Do you have set items limit to your cart?

HikaShop => Configuration, in main tab 1, go main cart options 2, check cart item limit 3



- Do you have set quantity for your products?

Check in your product configuration quantity: HikaShop => Products, go in your product configuration, and check Quantity under product code and name of products.

- Do you or someone have create limits ?
- If there are limits, are they published?

Check this here : HikaShop => Configuration, reach limit system like on screen below.



Last, which plugins are installed on your Website? I required a complete list,please.
