I am creating a site with hikashop essential and I have to handle this problem:
when buying a main product, for each product purchased must put in shopping cart automatically 15,00 EUR of costs of packaging and accessories for the shipping fees are chosen according to the standard process of checkout. what should I do to set things up?

You need a manual shipping method.
And use the setting "force shipping regardless of the weight" could be useful too.

That's right.
But if your products right have weight when you need to ship them and you have some digital products (which do not require shipping) ; so that setting becomes useless.
