Where is the updated manual?

When I click on "Help" from within the USPS plugin or the Products page, the help file is old.
A. For example, my product page has a window called "Shipping Prices" that is not talked about in the Help file. This makes it very difficult to know how to use HikaShop.


B. Also, when I'm in the USPS Shipping plugin, the Help file does not explain the "Price" field.



Can you point me to where these two fields are explained for an updated manual.

We didn't write any documentation yet for the shipping price per product area.
For the generic options of your shipping methods you can see here:

Please note that you're not supposed to configure shipping prices for your products for the USPS shipping method since the goal of that shipping method is to calculate the shipping prices automatically. The options are still there if you want to add additional shipping fees to the automatically calculated fees, but in most cases you don't want that.
It's usually used for manual shipping methods so that you can enter the shipping price for each product so that the system can add them up on the checkout based on what is in the cart. And the blocked checkbox allow you to forbid some shipping methods for some products. Practical if, for example, you're selling military supplies but don't want to ship firearms outside your country.

Got it. I removed the shipping prices but the plug in still doesn't seem to be working. When I add one book, the shipping price seems right. When I add 5 books, the shipping price goes up, but seems low. When I add 20 books, the shipping price goes actually decreases to around $2.60 which is obviously wrong. Why would it do that?

That's actually weird and I'm not able to reproduce that issue, can you test it with the modification that I gave you through that thread and tell me if you still have that issue ?
