Never able to find a shipping method!

So we've been at this for months and we still have yet to find an answer. We've posted on the forums a number of times and the only advice we have gotten is to update, Which we have!
The problem is that no matter what we do we can never find any shipping methods. As far as we can see all of the settings are correct. Can we please get some help with this.

There must be a problem with the settings of your shipping methods since it works for everyone else with the latest version.

I'm sorry about the rude post, it seems that the account that we were using as a test had some incorrect shipping information so that was the source of our problems. Thanks for your help
