how to create shipping based on condition

Good Morning,
my name is Giulio i write from italy..
I need to create a shipping condition where
if my customer spen less then 60 euros pay 5.9 euro if spend more then 60 euros the shipping is free.
May i can do this with the free version of hikashop?
if yes ,how i can create this condition?

Sure, you'll just have to create 2 manual shipping methods via "Hikashop->System->Shipping methods" and use "Minimum/Maximum Price" and "Price" options to control for which order amount you want to use your shipping method and to set a defined price.
