Hi there,

I have had a search on internet about this and followed few tutorials on internet and I seems to be getting this error all the time. Basically I wanted to add a free shipping cost on orders equal or more than £50 and also when the order is less than £50 a charge of 4.99 to be applied for shipping.

Well, the message is correct: you have no shipping method for an order value of less than 50.00.
Plus, as opposed to what you want, the existing shipping method charges 4.99 for orders >= 50.00 and <= 3000.00

So, the solution is simple:
1. Edit your existing shipping method, set the price to 0, and empty the "Maximum price" field (unless you want to disallow orders > 3000.00...).
2. Create a second shipping method identical to the existing one, but with price set to 4.99, and "Maximum price" set to 49.99.
