Display shipping only to area selected

Hi i do not have an error but the customer wants to hide the display of global shipping if they are in say europe, it works if we have UK Europe and Worldwide, by not showing UK if they are in Europe, but if they are in Europe then there is no need to show worldwide options because we already know they are in Europe, how is it possible to show only relevant shipping? Thanks

You jsut have to create shipping zones with the countries you want as sub zones, and then select the shipping zone for which you create your shipping methods when you create/edit them.
