For one my custmers the shipping fare are the same for all my country, just one region has different fare.
How can I set the shipping method to solve this problem?
The only solution is the Minimum and maximum post code??
You might be able to use the "zone" restriction so that you would have two shipping methods, one with that state selected and one with a shipping zone selected which would have all the other states as sub zones.
