Two shipping methods in one order

Hi,
I have received several orders with two different or two same methods of payment. Any ideas what to check and correct?

Hi,

This probably means that you've configured several warehouses in your HikaShop with different products assigned to different warehouses.
When you do that, the products are grouped per warehouse on the checkout and the customers get to choose one shipping method for each group.

That´s probably the reason. I have created one warehouse at the beginning of configuration (didn´t use it, in fact) and there was only one product assigned to this warehouse. I have deleted the warehouse and I hope it will solve the issue. Thank you, Nicolas!
