Choose the shipping costs with the addition of a restriction

Hello I have the latest version of Hikashop business and joomla 3.6.2 and I would let the user choose the shipping costs with the addition of a service between delivery to the plan or notice of telephone delivery. for example I € 5 shipping costs to which the user can add 2 € for delivery to the plan or 3 € for telephone booking of delivery. Is there a way to handle these restrictions without having to enter four different methods of delivery that is:
€ 5 shipping costs
€ 7 Shipping + delivery to the plan
€ 8 shipping costs + telephone booking
€ 10 shipping costs + delivery to the plan + telephone booking?

If you want to have multiple shipping price for different shipping services, the only solution will be to create 4 manual shipping methods via "Hikashop->System->Configuration" with different prices.

However, if you want your customer to firstly select their shipping method and then use some options to add a shipping price. Then some code customization will be required.
