Shipping options based on cart total?

Is there a shipping module/method for having the cost based on the total amount?

For example, if the cart total is $1 to $10, the shipping is $2. If the cart total is $11 to $20, the shipping is $5, etc.?

Best is to use the default/main/basic shipping method : manual
