Flat rate shipping to U.S. and Canada

How do I set up shipping for flat rate to 2 countries?

For instance...

1. If sending to customers in the U.S. we want all items in the cart to ship for $5 flat rate
2. If sending to Canadian customers, we have to set the shipping for all set at $8 flat rate

Is that possible???

Hi,

Sure. Just create 2 manual shipping methods via the menu System>Shipping methods with the correct zone restriction (usa or canada).
Then, in each:
- if the price is $5 per item in the cart, then you want to activate the shipping price per product setting and enter 5 in the shipping price per product setting below.
- if the price is $5 for the whole cart, then you simply want to set 5 int he "price" field of the shipping method.
Either way, it should be easy to setup.
