need help with creating Free US Shipping but charging for International shipping was created by vickatz
I would like to offer free shipping, but would like the USPS plugin to continue to work for International orders.
Do I select the United States in restriction and create a new shipping method with only the US?

What we usually do is create a USA shipping zone and an International shipping zone with the appropriate countries, and then set up shipping methods for each zone. Very easy to maintain.
