Back End Shipping Fedex and USPS

Hi,

I am wondering if there is a way and if so how to use the back end of Hikashop Business to create shipping labels from my usps or fedex business accounts.

When I am ready to ship I would like an easy way to go into Hikashop and create the label that sends or that I can give the tracking information to the customer.

I have most current Hikashop business model.

Hello,

The current free shipping plugin provided in HikaShop packages do not support the generation of shipping labels.
But that feature is something which is more and more asked and we do have in our TODO list some tasks to improve the shipping core of HikaShop in order to make that shipping label edition easier for plugins.

We didn't move forward on that for USPS or Fedex specifically.
However, we developed an integration with ShipStation:

And ShipRush developed a similar integration for HikaShop:
shiprush.com/ecommerce/
These platforms act as middleware between ecommerce solutions and shipping carriers.
So the ecommerce solution sends the data of the orders to the platform, and from there, you can track packages, print labels, etc with all the main carriers, including Fedex and USPS.

This plugin is not working for me getting error "We received an error testing the Custom store: Invalid XML. Error: 'Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.' We received: 'Unexpected username and password'" Followed the documentation has anything changed? Thank you

The error "Unexpected username and password" indicates that there is a problem with the username and password you entered in the settings of the shipstation plugin.
Could you double check them please ?

Yes double checked and instructions werent very clear. Said cannot have "@"? shipstations username is an email by default so even tried creating another user without any symbols and that didnt work either

Solved it password cannot have symbols in it either.
