Shipping price per item not displayed on page

Hi there,

we want to have a shipping price per item. Thus, we followed the setup manual of the "HikaShop Shipping manual - Prices per product plugin".

It is defined as standard shipping method, Price per article is turned on and a shipping price is set under product.

Still it does not show up on the page. I changed the template to see if it might be the cause as well as different positions in the plugin.

What else could be the reason?

Hi there, we checked all items on the checklist.
This is not the reason.

Attached you find the a screenshot of the plugin settings.
We also tried it with prices inseted here.

Second screenshot is from a product.

What else could be missing?

yes, in the plugin it is set to YES.
I also tried various positions in the Plugin to see if this brings about a change. No result.

Then, besides an override of the product layout page I don't see why it wouldn't display the shipping price on the product page.
Did you try with the default template of Joomla ? to verify that it didn't come from a view override of the templates ?
If that still doesn't help, then we'll need a backend and a FTP access in order to check the situation.
