in my country there's really popular shipping method by terminals.
I want to implement this in my website as well but i cant figure out how to do this.
Ill attach picture so you guys can understand what i mean.

Sorry but I'm not sure to understand you well... Do you want to add to your HikaShop a new shipping method ? And what is his name ?
Or As this topic title seems to suggest it, you want a dropdown display to define your shipping method ?...

There is actually no LpExpress integration for Hikashop. The solution will be to directly develop an Hikashop LpExpress shipping plugin which will require development skills, here is our developer documentation for more information :
