Canada Post default plugin not showing for client during checkout

HI,

I read all your forums recommendations for setting for the default Canada Post shipping plugin.

Regardless of whether I just set default options in the plugin and enable it, the plugin simply does not show as an option at all.

The UPS plugin works fine and does show but I really need my Canadian clients to be able to select Canada Post.

Here's one product on the site that has all the parametres set for weight, dimensions, pricing etc that when checked out will only show UPS and my manual shipping plugin to ship to the store, but no Canada Post option.

- Dimensions / weight of the product used during your test
- The shipping address used during your test
