No shipping methods available for your location

Hi,

I have total 3 shipment methods, 1.UK , 2.Europe, 3.USA & Rest of the world.
when I choose a country falling under USA, the shipment method shows as USA & Rest of the world, if I choose any other countries such as "GREECE" which is under Europe zone, the shipment method will not be shown, it displays "No shipping methods available for your location" error.

I have checked all the configuration, everything looks fine, I am unsure why the other shipment methods are not working.

Could you please help me fix this ?

Your issue is probably coming from the way you have configured the "Zone" option of your "Europe" shipping method, you'll just have to make sure that the "GREECE" country is included in the zone you have added on your "Europe" shipping method.

If you're still having your issue, can you show us some screenshots of how you configured :
- Your shipping methods options via "Hikashop -> System -> Shipping methods"
- The dimensions and weight of the products that you used during your tests
- Your checkout workflow via "Hikashop -> System -> Configuration -> Checkout"

- Dimensions/weight of products that were in your cart when you tested it ?
- Your "Europe" zone via "Hikashop->System->Zones".
