ho la versione commerciale di HikaShop,
ho un problema sulla configurazione della spedizione, se aggiungo un prodotto nel carrello, vengono conteggiate 2 spedizioni.
Come posso fare conteggiare una unica spedizione in base al valore dei prodotti ?

Hi,

This indicates that you've added your products to different warehouses. In such case, the products are grouped per warehouse in the checkout so that you get one shipping method per group. This allows you to handle multiple shipping costs for different groups of products.
If you don't want that, you want to remove the warehouse selection from the products and the shipping methods and then remove the warehouses themselves. You'll then get only one shipping method selection for all the products.

grazie per la risposta, ma non riesco a risolvere il problema.
io voglio che esca una unica spedizione per tutti i prodotti, anche se hanno magazzini differenti.
nella scena prodotto non ho impostato nessun magazzino, comunque mi vengono visualizzate differenti spedizioni.
come posso fare per sistemare il problema

Hi,

Please also check the other product too. It's possible to get that if only one of the two products is assigned to a warehouse.
Also, if you deleted the warehouse and didn't save the product since then, it's possible that the warehouse is still seen as selected in the database. So make sure that you save both products once and try again to see if you still have the issue.
And if you still have the issue, please provide a screenshot of the settings of the other product and of each shipping method so that we can better understand the situation. Also, updating your HikaShop to the 4.1.0 might help.
