Custom Shipping Plugin Not Appearing in Backend Option

We recently develop a custom shipping plugin, the plugin works well from the frontend, users can see the method, and can proceed to check out.
But we found that we cannot assign the shipping method to an order from the backend, is there we miss some codes for the plugin?

We would need to look at the code of the plugin to tell you.
If the plugin is done normally, then it should display fine for the orders in the backend too.
