Variants & Shipping

Hello. My all products have variants with different weight. And i have created multiple shipping methods based on weight. In the front end, when a product, with variant selected, is added to cart, the shipping does not behaves according to the weight.

Please could you help. i have already shared the Admin login details earlier. Please let me know if i need to share them again.

Can you give us more information about how to reproduce your issue, and about how you configured your variants that you are adding to your cart, and the shipping method that should be displayed ?

Sure. Please follow the below steps:

Go to dawnlee.in/11/index.php/shop/product/mamra-almond

packaging: Paper Pouch
Weight: 200 gm
Quantity: 10 or anything above 1 Kg total
Add to cart

Cart: proceed to checkout
Here the shipping will remain Rs. 95 only despite the weight being much more.

Hello. i have sent the login details through Contact Us form.

1. Backend - Please check the shipping configuration which is based on weight.
2. Frontend - Add to cart products with large quantity, but the shipping remains constant at the minimum.

Hello Sharat,

Your issue is coming from the fact that you did used the proper "weight" option to set it for your product and their variants.

You should use the default "weight" option else shipping methods won't be able to retrieve it.
