In our shop are retail and wholesale customers (by ACL)
I am looking for a way to have different shipping methods for each group

Is is possible?

Hi,

Sure. In the System>Shipping method menu, for each shipping method, you have an "access level" setting where you can select the user groups you want to see the shipping method.
