ShipStation Plugin not working all of a sudden

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.3.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.19
-- PHP version -- : 7.3.18
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Edge 83.0.478.37

All of a sudden the plugin is not updating orders. I get this message when I test the connection:

We received an error testing the Custom store: Invalid XML. Error: 'Root element is missing.' We received: ''

When ShipStation tries to get the orders it shows this error:

An error occurred attempting to update orders: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.

I contacted my host and they are not seeing any errors

The XML is a blank page

This can be for several reason, but the most common story is to have 1 or several specific character :
- In a product name
- In product sku code
OR
- Maybe in the order number format

=> To go forward on this subject, can you set Shisptation Debug mode to Yes, and process more test in order to see, in the log file what's going on.

And just to be sure, there maybe something to check on the host side, in order to be more specific we have to be sure that your host server configuration allow communication with Shipstation servers.
