Shipping WAY off, losing money!

All...my shipping prices on larger packages are WAY off ON LARGER package purchases...I've just lost well over $200 on shipping charges. I need someone to look at this ASAP please.

Of course ! We just tried to use the back-end access you sent us but we are getting the following error :

Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

In your next email can you also give us the ID of an order in which you had that issue ? Thank you !
