Shipping method is not showing up

I'm trying to use USPS for the shipping method but it is not working. I added the USPS webtools user id and added other required fields but it is not working. Here is the product and shipping method configuration.

Firstly, can you follow each point of the "Shipping methods" section of our FAQ :

If it's still not working, can you also try it with the "Container" option to "Variable" and test it again ? Thank you.

Your issue were coming from restrictions on your USPS shipping methods which were preventing it from being used (cf. attached screenshots).

We removed your USPS shipping method restrictions, and it seems to be working fine now.
