Calculation of the shipment if the value exceeds the minimum price

Hello,
I have a problem with the "HikaShop manual shipping plugin" shipping method.
I set up 10 € courier delivery if the customer does not spend more than 100 € .
If the order exceeds 100 € , the shipping cost will be free.
I always get 10 € in my cart (it should become 0 shipping costs) even if the order exceeds 100 €.

Did you create from the manual shipping plugin a second method with another fee/cost and different restriction ?
Let's details this :
1°) Less than 100 Euro total cart :
Fee : 10 Euro
Restriction : Maximum price : 99 Euro (or 99.99Euro)

2°) More than 100 Euro total cart :
Fee : 0 Euro
Restriction : Minimum price : 99.99 Euro

If you set this, you may have what you need.

I created the second manual method, but it does not calculate the "0" shipping cost over 100 €
The system always inserts the cost of 10 €
Where am I wrong?

Hi,

Please make sure that your products have a weight, or that you activated the "include virtual products price" setting in your shipping methods.
Also, make sure that the "shipping" view is in your "checkout workflow" in the HikaShop configuration.

Thanks to your information, the price for free shipping is now processed by the system.
