Shipping price is not updated

Sorry. I am having problems with the cost of the shipping methods.
I have several zones. For example for Spain I have a zone with a price of 8€ for Peninsular Spain Zone and with a maximum price of 80€ and another one for the same zone and a price of 0 when minimum price is 80.
I select a product of 299€. The shipping cost is 8€ (it must be 0) so its wrong. Also when I select an address in Mexico (for example, in another zone) the price is still 8€. It doesn´t change.
How is this function working? When the price is updated?

Did you set a weight in that product ? If not, and if the "include virtual products price" setting of the shipping methods is turned off, the price of the product won't be taken into account for the min / max price restrictions of the shipping methods.

Many thanks. That fix the discount problem.
I still have the problem that when I change the address the shipping price does not change to the new zone.
I have 2 address one in Spain and one in Mexico. Prices in Spain are correct but when I select the Mexico address the zone is still the Spanish one.
I have checked that Mexico is in zone 7 instead of in Spanish peninsula.

It's hard to say what is missing without being able to check the details of how you set your zones, shipping methods and checkout.
We would need a backend access I think in order to look into all this.

Hi,

In your shipping methods, you've activated the "Override shipping address" setting. Because of this, you actually can't change the shipping address during the checkout.
So I actually can't change the shipping address in the checkout in order to get my shipping method updated.
But if I disable that setting, then I can change the address and the shipping method selected automatically changes. So it seems to be working fine for me.
Could you please double check ?
