Shipstation "Marketplace Notified" failing was created by Genr8r
-- HikaShop version -- : 5.1.0
-- Joomla version -- : 4.4.7
-- PHP version -- : 8.3.10
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Brave Version 1.69.153 Chromium: 128.0.6613.85 (Official Build) (arm64)
We just moved this site to a new server. No other updates or major changes (Same Joomla, Hikashop, and PHP versions). We took a backup with Akeeba and restored to the new server. After that we get the following error in Shipstation.

Hi,
I would recommend checking the settings of your ShipStation account:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/3...-method.html#configS
For example, if you used the IP address of the website instead of the domain name, changing the server (and thus the IP address) would lead to ShipStation not being able to contact your website anymore until you update the settings of the ShipStation account.
Also, check that the ShipStation plugin is still published in the Joomla plugins manager.
