paying with points

what ever i do with points , is not working
is only giving point to people who not finish purchase

Can you provide screenshots of the settings of your user points plugins in System>Plugins and System>Payment methods ?

the bottom line is this feature is somehow mess up, create, cancel order count points, but not if is confirmed.
Of course, is not confirmed, they can't use, but still I have to manually adjust to people who earned.
Please check this out and maybe in next update will be fine.
BTW, I got many others issue, not biggie but maybe you can take a look.

Thanks but I would also need screenshots of the other options of the user points payment plugin as well as screenshots of the options of the normal user points plugin (in System>Plugins). Could you provide them ?

Also, please note that the points available are based on the value in the "user_points" custom field. It is not based on a dynamically calculated value based on the status of the orders of the user.
So, even if the user has 3 confirmed orders linked to his user account, if the "user_points" custom field has a value of 0 for that user, then he won't be able to use any points.
The value in "user_points" will be updated by the user points plugin in System>User points. It will update the value when an order changes status based on its settings.
