Shipping method not displaying

Hi,
Just updated to 5.1.6, but can't guarantee that the shipping methods were displaying before that as this site is not yet live. I have a few Manual Shipping methods configured where atleast two should show depending on the total in the cart. Nothing is showing and it doesn't even ask for shipping address.

Any guess as to what I did wrong?

If the shipping address is not asked, then the problem has nothing to do with shipping methods.
It means that HikaShop decided shipping is not necessary for the current situation.
It's likely the "Force shipping for virtual / weightless items" setting is turned off in the HikaShop configuration and your products don't have a weight:

Thus, the products are categorized as "virtual products", which don't need shipping.
Please check on that.
