PayPal checkout

Hi!
The buyer paid 0 shekels via PayPal Checkout, but the order page does not indicate which item was purchased, in total I see 0. I see  PayPal transaction id, status: confirmed.
In historical emails I see  which item was purchased and sum.

The payment itself went through normally: the order was created, then confirmed by PayPal at 07:42 with the transaction id you see, and the emails sent at that time list the product and the amount because the product was still on the order then. The PayPal transaction (3YP20786NA8402031) in your PayPal account shows the amount actually paid.

The last line of the history, "confirmed" at 10:12, is a change made from the back end by a logged-in user. This is exactly what the order history shows when the product line is removed from the order with the red delete button in the "Product list" area: the order is then recalculated without the product, so the subtotal and total drop to 0. A plain edit of the other blocks of the order does not remove products. So most likely the product line was deleted from the order by mistake at 10:12 (if you have the Joomla "Action Logs" enabled, you can check under Users > User Actions Log who was working in the back end at that time).

A removed line cannot be restored automatically. To fix this order, open it in HikaShop > Orders, use the "Select" (or "New") button of the "Product list" area to add the product back with the quantity and unit price shown in the order email, and check the shipping, payment fee and taxes in "Additional information" so the total matches what was paid. Please also check the stock of that product afterwards.

If nobody edited the order at that time, please tell us which extensions you have installed that work on HikaShop orders, and we'll look further.
