Hi Boris,

Thanks for the video and screenshots, they make both points clear.

Card payments: your PayPal Checkout settings show nothing under "Accept credit card payments". This means PayPal has not enabled Advanced Credit and Debit Card payments on your PayPal account (it is only available in some countries), so the plugin cannot show its own card form. Card payment is still possible through PayPal: as your video shows, the PayPal window offers "Pay with Credit Card". If you want a separate "Debit or Credit Card" button under the PayPal button, change "Button layout" from "Horizontal" to "Vertical" in the PayPal Checkout payment method: the horizontal layout displays at most two buttons, and PayPal then only shows its PayPal button. With the vertical layout, PayPal adds the card button when it offers it to the buyer.

The error: it happens when the customer clicks "Cancel and return to Miperly" in the PayPal window. The browser then goes to HikaShop's order cancellation link, which cancels the order and redirects to the "Cancel url" of your payment method (your home page). We tested this same sequence with the same settings on HikaShop 6.6.0 without any error, so it comes from something specific to your site: another extension (for example the translation system), a plugin or a template override. To find which one, please enable "Debug System" and set "Error Reporting" to "Maximum" in Joomla's System > Global Configuration (System and Server tabs), do the cancellation again and send us a screenshot of the whole error page: it will show the file and line causing it, with the call stack. Switch both settings back afterwards.

In the meantime, you can empty the "Cancel url" and "Return url" fields of the PayPal Checkout payment method: they are not needed. Without a Cancel url, the PayPal window simply closes when the customer cancels and the customer stays on the payment page to try again or choose another payment method. This may also avoid the error, but the error page with the debug information is what will tell us its cause.
