Paypal & Bank Transfer return to Home page was created by nomadal

Till few hours everything were working perfect. I've tested again shipping and payment methods. shipping were ok BUT payment methods not. The only one that was working was collect on delivery. Paypal and bank transfer when i was choosed them they were turned me at the home page.

Life is nice but is with somebody else

Well, we can't tell you much without more information... It works on our end so it should on yours...
Could you give more information ? What checkout workflow do you use ?
Could you give a link to your website so that we can test the problem ?

Could try to deactivate the cache settings of your joomla configuration and turn off the cache plugin of joomla and try again ?

Could you try to replace the file components/com_hikashop/controllers/checkout.php by the one in the archive enclosed.
That will deactivate the token check which is not necessary on the checkout and avoid these kind of problems.

Problem appeared again today :'( And something more, doesn't recognize the shippment methods

I don't have the problem on my end on your website. It's working fine.
What do you mean by it doesn't recognize the shipping methods ? Could you make a screenshot of your shipping methods list on the backend ?

When i'm pressing the bank transfer button gets me at

and empties my cart
the backend of my shipping methods

Are you logged in when that happens ? If so, did you try while logged out ?
Because I don't have an account on your website so I'm trying while logged out and it works just fine.

You mug weights 350g. When I set my address (my country is set to france), I get the shipping method "Light Package 8,00 €" which is exactly what should happen based on your shipping methods. What is the problem ?

Also, could you check that the hikashop user synchronization plugin is published because apparently the cart is lost when clicking the activation link ?

when i'm publishing the user synchronization i can't login, gets invalid token.
Also when is off and try to select bank transfer empties my cart and log me off

I've uploaded the file, the problem persist and logs me off when i'm trying to bank transfer option or paypal

On my end now everything is working fine on your website. The cart is not lost and when changing the payment methods it works great.

Which browser are you using ? Could you try with another one ? Could you try while logged in AND while logged out ?
