I would like also to add that this happens whenever i'm working on shipping methods. In few months i will change the shipping methods, what will happen then? :(

Well, I don't know what to say.... On my end, your checkout is now working without any issue.
Could you try with another user account ? With another computer ?

I'm testing it with two different computers and 3 accounts i'm having the problem with both computers and all accounts

Ok i've created a new account, everything were ok, when i've added a new address and tried to change the payment method logged me off again :(

I created several accounts, with different addresses. I tried to do several orders with the latest account, changed the addresses, created new ones, change the payment methods... I didn't got any problem since you put the last checkout.php file.

What could cause then this problem to my backend? How to solve it since i will do several changes? If i'm not seeing the changes....

To your back end ? What do you mean ?

I thought that the problem was during the checkout on your front end ?

I think that you have a caching problem on your joomla front end.
That's why the token checks fail. Luckily, the token checks aren't really needed during the checkout so I gave you a modified version of the checkout controller without the token checks.
Now that there is no check, it works just fine.

If it doesn't on your end, all I can think of is that your browsers have the pages cached or that you use a proxy server which cached them. You should try to flush all the cache of your browsers/proxy and try again.

On our end, all the tests are positive so there is no problem anymore I think. It's just that you don't see the changes on some pages because of some cache.

I've runned ccleaner and emptied the cache but the problem persists, i can't even add a new address :(

yours works just fine for other countries but greece. Greece normally has 3 options the two already shown plus collect on delivery that at your account doesn't show up nor the shipping method is correct

With your account, when I login the cart is lost. It might be because of something else on your website... A user or system plugin which interfere, or another extension which use the user information or something...

Concerning the shipping and payment methods, did you change the zone settings ? Because if you removed greece from the europe/worldwide zones it's normal that you only see the shipping methods for greece when the address is in greece.

The same happens with my other accounts that happens to be gmail and my admin account as well, also i removed greece from europe and worldwide zones because have different charges
