plugin socialnetwork , only me?

sometime when a user hit click in the button "like" facebook , after that the plug its look dont load like this




sometimes show , other not but always fail when a user hit the button "like"

there is a version update od this plug??? or is problem facebook api?

If the tag is not replaced, it means that the plugin was not triggered by joomla which is usually because the plugin is unpublished.

If it doesn't work when you click on like, it's probably because you didn't configure your facebook account properly (with a valid Facebook admin) as explained in the documentation: www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/8...tworks.html#settings

is the same api key??

no it's not an api key, it's the id of your account/page/application

That's strange. I went to your website and I was able to like one of your products. There were no errors...
Also, I remember that you ere the one who explained to someone else on the forum how to get your id, so I'm surprised that it doesn't work anymore for you.

I was able to see it 30 sec ago and when I clicked on it it worked perfectly, I had the product liked on my fb page.

Now the tag of the plugin is not replaced.

hey nicolas i found the problem .

i notice that the amount of user dont change in the product with the error but in the others change

i have active cache in joomla so , i turn off and the problem resolved


the cache joomla is the problem .

So the cache should indeed be disabled. Anyway, you will have other problems with HikaShop if you activate the cache on your website as HikaShop needs to display things dynamically so it's a good thing to have it turned off.
