Credit card feature not working was created by petermorris
Two of the four credit card symbols are not appearing in the checkout. Same result with any browser

Could you edit the payment plugin and do a screenshot of the images option ?
Could you try to reselect the images there with the edit icon ?

You are getting to the outer limits of my Hikashop understanding but if you are able to tell me what it would be called under the Plug in Manager, perhaps I can do this

In HikaShop, you have the menu System->Payment methods where you can access the payment plugins options.

So it seems that you're missing some of the images in the folder media/com_hikashop/images/payment and that you don't use the latest version of HikaShop.

Is that the case ? Could you try to update ?

I will have to turn this over to my local Hikashop guru who can update. I don't feel competent enough to do it

I have now updated to Hikashop 1.53 and the credit card symbols are still not appearing

The symbol are not appearing because you're missing the images in the folder media/com_hikashop/images/payment
I don't know why it didn't but the install should have added then back when you updated. You must have some access rights issues.

The simplest will be to open the hikashop install package and extract the folder media/images/payment and upload the files in there via FTP to your folder media/com_hikashop/images/payment.

With the new release of HikaShop 1.5.4, you should not see the two non existing images anymore. But if you want to use them, you will still have to add them manually via FTP as explained in my previous post.
