Logging out issue

When i click on the log out button in my shopping cart i get the error message

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.trendcommunications.com.au .

SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

I contacted the people who host my site and they advised me to get in contact with the developers of the shopping cart.

Such error is not related to "the shopping cart" but to the configuration of the server...

The only thing I can tell you from our point of view is to turn off the "force SSL on checkout" option so that HikaShop doesn't redirect to the SSL version of your website and you will circumvent the problem. But if you want to use SSL and fix that error, you will have to see that with your hosting.
