About alipay payment

My hikashop ( bluetooth.com.cn/index.php/en/shopping ) use alipay payment. There is a confused question when checkout as follows:
When click the next button as follow:

then appear a blank page:


The followed step as follows will show up untill I close this blank page(or it couldn't show the next checkout step):



How to avoid the appearing of the blank page?
