My customer wants to use the gateway online of Unicredit bank called PagOnline. Can you tell me what method of payment, in hikashop plugin, I can use?

It would require a specific payment plugin to be developed for that bank by a developer. The integration documentation is probably in Italian, so you'll have to see with an Italian PHP developer to help you with that.
