Migs payment gateway issue

I am trying to set up the Migs VPC plugin for suncorp bank.
Does this plugin support suncorp bank?
I have had the bank check the facility from their end and it checks out ok.
When i process a payment the screen freezes and the URL:- is

www.poolandspadirect.com.au/migsvpc_retu...Code=7&vpc_Version=1

Do you get anything in the payment log that you can open in the configuration of HikaShop under the Files section ?
Did you enter the same secret code in the payment plugin options and in your migs account settings provided by your bank ? (if not, that would explain the issue).
