It's on our todo list, like 60 other payment plugins. It might be in 2 months, but it might be in 2 years.

Also qiwi.ru is very popular payment system in Russian.
You made Webmoney how I know. But webmoney is the worst payment system

usually this plugin how i know exist if you intresting ask icom (he create plugins for webmoney and liqpay/privat24)
