Hi Ihave 2 payment method: bank transfer and credit card.
It's possible when a user choose bank transfer method (or if there is any problem with the bank in the credit card method), and the product is in status created, the user in his control panel change the method payment and pay now by credit card?

Yes, that's possible by changing the options "Payment of orders not paid immediately" and "Allow customers to change their payment method after checkout" of the configuration.
