My payment provider told me that I can myself simply implement the payments methodes:

I am sorry but the "iDeal" system is not supported by the HikaShop team: It is not a part of HikaShop.
If you want to create an HikaShop plugin we have several payment plugin that you can use for a base.
We can help your with the HikaShop payment plugin system but we do not know the iDeal one.

iDeal is paymentmethod nr.1 in Netherlands, like Sofort banking in Germany. 15 000 000 transactions in december.

Sure but it does not change the fact that the iDeal payment plugin for HikaShop haven't be made by the HikaShop team.
So if you want to create a payment plugin based on it, we won't be able to help you.
