PayPal order processing on my site

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to configure my HikaShop Paypal payment plugin so that it processes paypal payments while on my website. i do not want customers to be pushed to paypal's website and then return to mine.

Is it possible to process paypal payments without going to the paypal website? If yes, please advise.

Yes, in that case, you need to use PayPal Pro and not PayPal Standard.

I'm having trouble figuring out how to set up the "PayPal Pro" method so customers can pay with their PayPal funds (not only credit card) via PayPal while remaining on my website (not being pushed to paypal.com).

Can someone please help me with this?

1. Yes.

2. Payments on your website with PayPal Pro can only be done with a credit card, not with a PayPal account funds. That's how PayPal Pro works.
A solution might be to use PayPal adaptive which has a popup mode to process the payment in a popup while still being on the website but that would require HikaMarket as the PayPal adaptive plugin is not in HikaShop since it is mostly used for multivendor websites.

is there anyway to get PayPal to work within the site without the popup? I've seen PayPal used on many websites without the popup window or without having to leave the site.

The next release is planned for next month. The plugin for PayPal Advanced is actually already developed on our end.
If you want to try it before that, send a request via our contact form and we'll provide an install package for it.

The last post stated the paypal advanced plugin should be done by now. Is it out yet?
