Payment Method depending on Userlevel

Hi,
i have the idea that a customer can choose after his 2rd or 3nd purchase the payment Option "with Bill".
Any suggestions how , or no way?

The only solution will probably be to us the "Access level" option through your payment method configuration page, and also change your customer group after his 2nd or 3rd purchase.
Note that ACL are available through the business version of Hikashop.
