สอบถามหน่อยคะ ต้องการสร้างแบบฟอร์มแจ้งชำระเงินสำหรับลูกค้า ต้องทำยังไงคะ ต้องใช้ปลั๊กอินตัวไหนหรือต้องสร้างเองคะ เป็นแบบฟอร์มประมาณว่าลูกค้าสั่งซื้อมาแล้วจ่ายเงินแล้วมาแจ้งรายละเอียดการจ่ายเงินให้ทางร้านทราบอะคะ
อยากได้ประมาณรูปที่แนบมาคะ

You can do that using custom fields of the table "item" that you can create via the menu Display>Custom fields with the Business edition of HikaShop.
You also might want to use the donation plugin of HikaShop:
