Payment window does not op en om mobile phones was created by ertmania

-- Joomla version -- : latest

The payment window does not open om mobile phones. It is stuck.
I use epay and and working with them to solve this problem.
They tell med to set windowstate to full screen, but I cannot find that.
Where is it?
